History of Sri Gali Anjaneya Swamy Temple

Sri Gali Anjaneya Swamy Temple on Mysore Road is traditionally attributed to the saint Sri Vyasaraja (Vyasatirtha), the 15th-century Madhva guru who is said to have installed hundreds of Hanuman idols across south India.
It stands near the confluence of the Vrishabhavathi with another stream, and is one of the most visited Hanuman temples in Bangalore, especially on Saturdays.
